We are currently experiencing an issue where none of the tabs of IIQ load anything, just a blank screen. As such, we’re not able to submit a helpdesk ticket of our own. Is anyone else experiencing this?

@Kathryn Carter the status dashboard usually doesn’t have any info until at least 30 minutes after an issue like this is happening. As of right now, the page shows everything is operational.

I’m sure sending out a “false alarm” about a quickly-resolved issue isn’t desirable, but a 30 minute lag time is a bummer.

The status page is not showing any issues at the time of this reply...but I spoke with support and they are aware of the issue.

Tells us to check the Status page, but status page says “All Systems Operational”
