IIQ Not working

We have not been able to load tickets all morning.  Anyone else experiencing this issue?  I was finally able to create a support ticket...but that took forever to work as well.

    @christine214 Looks like there was a fix to increase that capacity. Are you experiencing these long wait times still?

    IIQ isn’t even loading the login page for us currently.
