When I signed in to my account there was a pop up that had an offer to take classes to recieve certfication. I started it but signed ut before finishing, now I can’t find a place to log in to finish.

You can access our certification courses through the IIQ Academy by selecting the ‘Help’ icon in the top right corner of your screen, then choosing ‘Incident IQ Academy.’ You can also visit our Academy website directly.

It’s great to hear that you have started and are well on your way to becoming iiQ Certified! I want to make sure that you are able to return where you left off on your certification assessment.
Once you are logged into iiQ Academy (following the instructions above), you will access the Certification tab from the top menu.
From there, scroll down to the Admin & Agent Certification courses and select View Course.
Next, select Start Course. The course progress may show “Not Started”, however it should take to you to the number you left off on once you have re-entered the test.
You should see the number you left off on listed here.
