I thought to put a feeler out in this forum to see if anybody has configured feeds or accounts to be used with Xibo’s open source digital signage. Previously we had something set up with our former ticketing solution that utilized Xibo and a read-only account to preview a variety of filtered views. Wondering if anybody else has tinkered with an arrangement like this with IIQ, what worked for you?
Leveraging IIQ with Digital Signage?
I’m curious about how exactly this was used. I’ve never done anything like this, but I am also an admin for our digital signage platform for our district (we use Tripleplay currently). If I’m understanding correctly, you have the filtered ticket view play on the digital signage TV? I’m not really sure why we would need that, I would love to hear more about it.
+18Here is an idea about displaying just that:
We generally use our digital signage for the basic purpose of sharing info about the schools, events coming up, etc. We have a couple ticket paths set up for it, but for the most part, it isn’t linked to IIQ in any way. It would be interesting to be able to have an Embed link for some of the analytics pages though, or even being able to embed a custom view that auto refreshes every 2 to 10 minutes.
