I am new to Incident IQ.  I just made 3 new Administration Locations.  I wanted to add rules to these locations like I did for my other locations but the new locations are not appearing.  What did I do wrong?

When you created the location, did you fill in all the required (red dots) fields? Also did you make it active?

By chance if you check today are they there, maybe it took just a bit of time to sync?

@NLosito 5874be6 nbufsd I just looked at your site, and it looks like your rules have all your locations. Could you let me know how you figured out the issue? Would you mind sharing how you fixed it?

Thanks @Cozmo03 for jumping in! 😄

Yes.  Insome cases IIQ takes a few hours to populate

@NLosito 5874be6 nbufsd An hour is reasonable as it could take that long for site options to go into affect. However, if it is an upwards of 5 hours, I would submit a ticket to support.
