I know that it has been reported that there is an intermittent ticket and asset issue, but our created policies/permissions for our agents, staff and students have completed been deleted, which has now completely derailed our settings. Also, the help option in iiQ is no longer available in order to report a problem or create a ticket with iiQ support. Just wondering if anyone else are having the issues along with the reported viewing problem?
