Shortcut nav menu is gone?

Both reference a NAV menu for shortcuts.  Does this still exist? If so could you point me in the direction of enabling it?  Also, when attempting to affect change on and existing shortcut from within a ticket, the pencil icon now applies the shortcut instead of allowing edit/delete. How does one now change a shortcut?

@jeremyjameson I would recommend submitting a support ticket. It sounds like your site needs reconfigured.

The permission that enables this feature was turned off. Please see screenshot below.

 

I toggled it on for your Global Admin permission policy so you should be seeing it now.

Thank you for the response.  This doesn’t resolve the issue however. Both KB references show an independent Left Nav option for Shortcuts that I cannot seem to locate. Additionally and more pressing, we cannot delete\modify shortcuts that are text snippet or comments only.  Example Shortcut Video

@jeremyjameson I was just about to comment the same. It was working as intended yesterday when I toggled on the permission but today, it is not showing when I login as an iiQ admin and when I log in as yourself. I posted in our internal channel to do some more investigation but as ​@LWoods_iiQ said, I would also put in a support ticket that way you can be notified about updates regarding the issue.
