Is there a way to filter surveys by ratings? I have been able to filter by agent, but would love to be able to filter by the rating, for example see everything that was rated 1 star. 

Hi @Amy.York. Sure, there is a way to filter surveys by ratings. You can go to closed tickets, then filter in the top right corner. Then, select Survey Filters and then Survey Overall Score on the right. You can then click on the 1-star box to see all of the surveys with the 1-star and then click Save Selection. Next, you can take it a step further, and save the view. Click the More option on the top right corner, and then New View. Name the view and then click on the columns tab and add Overall Survey Results. Click Save. Hope this helps.
