What does this lock do? I noticed it this morning, and it doesn’t seem to do anything?

@ykim I believe that was tied to the original permissions by location but should no longer be showing up. If it happens again, you can submit a ticket to support but seems like a caching issue to me 😄

I was originally looking at my team’s tickets and noticed it earlier. However, coincidentally after your reply, I reloaded the page and the lock is gone...It threw me off as I asked my team about it and they didn’t have it.

Although in hindsight “button” may have been an overexaggeration as it was more an icon that let me hover over it. Is that something in IIQ? If so, what is its purpose?
