Anyone else notice that their ticket numbers today suddenly have the letter T in front of them? Example T-413278 when just last night they were 413277 no letters.
Yes I submitted a ticket but wondered if this was an us problem or if others were seeing it.

Prefixes are something they mentioned they were adding in this product update. It was basically to help identify what product a ticket lived in. We removed ours in the site options since it was confusing people and nobody was a fan of it.
Ok we were not aware this was going to be turned on randomly for each site and would have been nice to know it was suddenly going to be turned on today.
I agree. Since it was just a site option, it would have been nice to ask if we wanted it or not. Luckily it was an easy removal.
Word of warning: you have to go into every product you have an make the change, and there are multiple site options in each product. We reset all of ours back to {counter} just to keep them to numbers only - the way it used to be.

Thanks for the replies. We got it turned off but no where did it say this was going to be turned on a random Wednesday in September. I did see I missed it in the announcements as well so thanks for that tip.
