I’m not sure if I’m missing something… is this really the only way to Follow a ticket?  This is so tedious.

Good morning. When you are inside a ticket, you have the option to create a shortcut for adding followers. Depending on how you configure your shortcut, you can add multiple followers at once. Additionally, suppose you notice that the same user frequently follows similar types of tickets. In that case, you can create a rule to automatically add them as followers whenever those types of tickets are created. Finally, you also have the option to use bulk actions on tickets to add multiple followers at once.

Seems like a lot of extra work when the Agent (me) just wants to Follow a ticket with 1-button click.
