Apply a Rule to existing Tickets

Forum|alt.badge.img+2

Is there away to apply a newly created rule to existing tickets. After receiving a few tickets and going in to add subtask we created a rule to create those subtask on new tickets. Is there a way to add those new subtask to those existing tickets without having to go through each one and create them?

I don’t believe so. You’d have to get creative with an “When Updated” rule to do it to existing tickets, perform some kind of action on the tickets in bulk that will trigger the rule, and then delete the rule when you’re done.

@jclark16 I like this idea to!

@tlaffoon Thank you for submitting your question to our Community. You could also create a shortcut, and bulk apply them to the tickets that need them! 😄
