Is there a way to add an audible notification if a new ticket comes in and an agent has Incident IQ open in another tab? Often, we have IIQ open in another tab, but we do not see tickets coming in other than manually looking. I’m aware there is a way to add an email notification, which I have set up for facilities, but for our technology team, I would rather not.

I created a webhook in a “When Created” ticket rule to send to a Google Chat space for this reason. I get the notification on my desktop and if I don’t have the chat open I get the audible tone of a new message..

 

We use this method for a few different teams of people, and it works well for responding quickly.

Sure! After posting earlier, I thought it might be good to put something out here for everyone in a separate post, but I need to get screenshots and everything still. So I will post something here shortly that will help out!
