How do you assign a certain type of ticket to automatically be assigned to a particular agent? Example: JCAMPU or ALIO tickets to auto assigned to one particular agent.

I was able to get it done with the rules.

  • Team Ticket Allocation Rule

     Triggers on 'Created'

     When

    Always

     Perform

    'Assign to team' Technician Team

  • OPTIONS 

    Program Team

     Triggers on 'Created'

     When

    Models in Clever, Frontline Education Frontline, ALIO, RAVE, EDgear JCAMPUS

     Perform

    'Assign to agent' The agent name

     Finally, don't process any further rules
