If not, the only way that there can be more than one active agent on a ticket simultaneously is if we create teams?

@BFB Thank you for submitting your question. I have tested this and I do not think they are able to. I continued to get a “Read only” notification on my end. 


I think that Followers who are Agents can actually preform Actions and add them.


@BFB Yes, if the follower is an agent. The agent can add actions. 😄
