Is there a way to create a custom default dashboard for all users where I can have Quick Tickets at the top for them?

I’m happy to let you know that our newest enhancement automatically adds the Quick Tickets widget to the dashboard of all Admins and Agents across all iiQ modules! 

Please note that the Quick Tickets widget must be manually added to dashboards that have already been customized. Learn more about how to customize your dashboard here -
