Create a report that shows Total Tickets by month and by Location

Hi all.  My name is Vicky Ivans and I am new to IQ.  In our previous system, I was able to keep a report for each school year that showed the total tickets created by month and by location (building).  I have figured out how to use the views to export and create reports, but I was hoping not to dump the entire database of tickets to create this new report.  Does anyone have any helpful hints?

Hey @VIvans 66767cc pmschools, have you tried our Analytics Explorer? With the Analytics view, you would be able to see ticket parameters such as location and filter by month to see how many tickets were created for a particular timeframe for your locations. You would also have the option of exporting this data either in a PDF or by setting the Analytics view to a Tickets view and export from there.

 

You would be able to navigate to this by going to Report > By Location from the Left-Nav panel and here’s our guide on more information regarding Analytics:
