Trying to figure out how to add a subticket to a ticket without rules because the ticket/rules may differ from each incident.

You would add it as a subtask, then click the wrench icon next to the subtask to assign a ticket number to  it.


What @ETabolt 8431c15 effingham is correct - and I think we can all agree it takes way too many clicks/steps to properly create a subticket that’s actually categorized.

I’d vote on this - we’re dying to have this feature implemented.
