Creating a ticket on behalf of someone else - notifications

If you create a ticket on behalf of someone else and add a comment to the ticket does the on behalf of receive the comments or just the person who submitted the ticket?

Good Morning,

Everyone on the ticket will receive the comment as long as you make it visible to Requestor.

Hope this makes sense.

Love ALL this collaboration! ​@TSaunderslucy 68018b6 motsd Keep in mind that iiQ Administrators set the “recommended” notifications settings that ​@Kathryn Carter mentioned above. In addition each individual user can also control their own notification settings, so just because we turn it on doesn’t mean they will leave it on. 😉
