When getting an IIQ app notification, I’m curious if there is a way to see a more in-depth version of those. For example, when getting notifications, I see something like “ticket #1234 updated”. Is there a way for the notifications to show a brief issue description? That way I can see a preview of what the end user said in the ticket or at least get an idea of what the ticket is for without opening up the app.
