Dashboard component not visible to all agents?

Was just walking some of our agents through dashboard options and they do not have the Tickets by Agent or Tickets by Team. Are these limited to iiQ Administrators only or should all agents have them?

At this point, only iiQ Admins have permission to view because they are role-based. However, this will be changed once our new permissions have launched! 😄

Has this changed? Really need to be able to utilize this now.

@amhernandezccisd Thank you for following up. Those current filters are still role based. However, here is an idea that is similar to your request.

For the time being, any custom view can be added to your agent’s dashboard. If they create the specific view (or it is shared with them) it will be able to be added to their dashboard.
