Hello I had a question about our data mapping through skyward linked to Incident IQ.

Is there a way that when users are removed in skyward we can not have them removed on Incident IQ as well so we still have documentation? Currently if there’s an offboarding or student leaving and they are removed from skyward they cease to exist in our Incident IQ database and we would like to change that.

Thanks

Hi @KSteinmetz , Thank you for your question. When a user is removed from Skyward, they are not deleted out of IIQ  as they are just set to "no access". Then, if you would like to see the users with "no access", you can filter by Role>No Access. I hope this helps.

This gives me an idea for the exchange, I have noticed it come up for my own needs as of recent as a few of our Agents have moved on. Having a toggle under Search/Filters for “Include No Access” would be handy, so if an Agent leaves and is moved to “No Access”, an admin can Filter tickets assigned to that agent still to assign them elsewhere (this is currently not possible, once they are moved to No Access, they no longer show up in the Assigned to filter).

The idea linked stems from this question:
