Is there a way to add a days stale column in the column view. When viewing stale tickets, I want to see how many days they have been stale.

I’m not finding one. You can filter based on days stale but I don’t see a column option. Great idea though.

You can add it as a filter in a ‘New View’ to be able to report on that specific field.
Please let me know if you have any questions!
The ability to filter on stale tickets is a nice feature. The ability to view the age of the stale tickets would be valuable for triaging stale tickets.
