Is there a way to add a days stale column in the column view. When viewing stale tickets, I want to see how many days they have been stale.

You can add it as a filter in a ‘New View’ to be able to report on that specific field.

+2The ability to filter on stale tickets is a nice feature. The ability to view the age of the stale tickets would be valuable for triaging stale tickets.
