I am trying to determine the best way to create a ticket with complex data entry requirements. Ideally when creating a ticket, I would like to be able to have users select an option from a dropdown and depending on their selection, other options appear. I would want this all contained within the ticket if possible.

I see plenty of ways to make custom fields but not how to make if/then logic.

Thanks for your question @PSorensen 6831432 bucksiu! This would be a great enhancement request, please add your use case and upvote here https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas/nested%2Dcustom%2Dfields%2D1939.

However at this time, we do not have any if-then logic for custom fields. You can have your custom fields setup where they read if you selected A then please complete this question and make that second question not required.
