Is there a way to hide the default “description of issue” so users do not fill it in, and instead fill in the one I custom defined?

Hi ​@ACoombs 1735452 ctecs This is a great question however it is not currently an option. There is already an open idea for this that I encourage you to comment on and add your specific workflow when you upvote the idea!


Hide the Description Field from Requestors for Certain Tickets

 

It’s always super helpful for our Product Team to understand the ‘why’ behind the ask and the problem we are solving. 😊
