Hi, is there a way to remove this question in the ticket section?

Yes you can hide this / turn off etc.

Got to Site Options > scroll to “Sensitive Information Default Value” Select Off (Hidden)

be sure while under site options that you are under the correct category IE ticketing, or facilitates etc.
