Is it possible to edit or remove non-custom fields for tickets? I am looking to remove file upload or at least change the description it gives.

The default file upload field can’t be removed currently. I’d suggest voting on this:

Is this on all tickets or just a specific ticket issue? I know many fields are hard-coded into the system.
