When we receive email notifications it recently started repeating actions. Has anyone else seen this? Not a huge issue but just wanted to see if there is something that we may have changed that has caused this. Attached a picture. Any help would be great. Thank you!

@JAcevedo 800fc53 siatech When you look at the Ticket and go to the rule log are you able to get any additional insights?
