I would like the ability to export data to a csv file of an agents and thier responses/reasonings to closing of tickets.

Hi ​@bribriggs! You should be able to use custom views for this. If you navigate to “Tickets” and then “New View” you can toggle over to “Columns” and you will see the option to add several different resolution-related columns to a view, you might consider using “Resolution Actions” and “Resolution Action Notes”

 You could also then filter by resolved tickets by going to “Settings”, adding a filter, and selecting “Status” → “Resolved”:

You could use the same process if you were wanting to filter the view by a particular agent, just choose the “Agent” filter.

Once you save the view, you can use the export feature by clicking on the icon in the upper right hand side of your screen and selecting “Export”
