I am wanting to know if anyone knows how to create a filter to view users that have had multiple tickets.

The issue is, we want to see students who have had multiple devices checked out to them or tickets to keep track of students who are mistreating chromebooks.  We create a ticket for repair when a chromebook goes out, it would be nice to see what students have had multiple asset changes/tickets.

@SMarion 490b5a6 purcellps Thank you for submitting your question to our Community. 😄

Good News! We have a user filter called “Multiple Devices.” This filter will allow you to pull up students with multiple devices checked out to them!

Yes! I came across your question today while scrolling through the knowledge base. I also want a way to track students with multiple tickets.

I’ve been trying to use the filters from assets and from tickets. I’ve tried “owner,” “submitted by” but can’t get past having to chose a person.

Not devices, tickets. Users with multiple tickets. If a student has broken 4 devices over the year, I would like to have a filter to see those students who have multiple tickets made.

Unfortunately, I do not have that filter available within my user filters. It must be a custom one or something that admin would have to add. I’ll look into it.

@CLeyvas 3234a92 hebersd Let us know if you find it. If you have the ability to create user views, you should have that specific filter available to you. If you don’t, you may want to report that with a support ticket after you discuss with your iiQ admin.
