Is there a way to put a filter on ticket stats?  I like the quick view aspect of the stats but I would like the ability to filter out certain statuses.

 

A good example of this would be the “In Repair (Vendor)” status.

There is a way to filter in analytics “ticketing”. I added a filter - “status” and then “in repair(vendor)”. Just like in ticketing filters, you can exclude selected as needed. You can also change the date as needed, I left mine on “today”. Here is a screenshot:

However, there is already an idea, similar to yours, that you should upvote and comment on to help get these ideas to the finish line.
