in the Info of the ticket or on the status when viewing all tickets is not reflecting correct info when you use the
Resolve Ticket - GREEN button while in the Ticket Progress
If you choose to click this Green button - Resolve Ticket
It does not reflect Resolved in the Status.
I believe it used to reflect Resolved in the Status and now it is not.

I’m taking a look at this occurrence you’re seeing and I’m seeing Resolved tickets in the Mint Breeze color and In Progress in the Lime Zest color.
Are you saying these ticket statuses are not reflecting the correct color or are there tickets you’re seeing that are not reflecting the correct status? If you have any example tickets, please drop them in the thread and I can review those.
