We notice that we can add tags to tickets and have been tagging tickets for later reference. How do we find tickets that have been tagged in certain ways?

Hello @hmezza! We utilize Tags for our Microsoft Repair ticket processing.

You can find tickets that have been tagged by creating a “New View” under the Tickets tab and then click on add Filter > Workflow Filters > Tag, and then search for the Tag name. Hope this helps! 


We use tags for filtering, either in custom views or based in a rule. If rule based consider having the rule remove the tag as the final step unless you want it to be able to fire again.
