I put in a daily ticket but it is always assigned to the wrong person. After the ticket is submitted I always resign it to the correct person. Well the person that the program is always assigning it to doesn’t want to see this daily ticket come his way. How to I make this daily ticket go to the correct person when I submit the ticket.
Is the ticket for the same thing everyday? If so, you could do a ticket template and have it generated Monday - Friday and have it assigned to the same person everyday. It would have to be a ticket for the same thing though.

iiQ assigns tickets based on rules set up by your district’s iiQ admin(s). The ticket template could solve that.
If it’s for different issues, the template might not work. Is this ticket related to a specific device or something else that’s unique?

After some review, I found that the ticket you submitted was being assigned to the person because of the Facilities rule “B.E. - TVA / JLC”. This rule is assigning the ticket to the person based on the location of the ticket, The Journey Preschool. If you have permission to edit rules, you can update the rule to the correct person or location.

Didn’t realize that CCSD has people monitoring the question log - that is great….
One of the ticket numbers is 313995.
Not sure I have that ability to change rules. There is an option link and it pulls up this.

After this I’m not sure I have the ability (or knowledge) to do that.
