IIQ Painfully Slow and not loading today (12/2/2024)

Anyone Else experiencing major performance issues with IIQ today?  Navigating tickets that do not load and if they do I cannot add actions so I can resolve tickets.

We cannot access IIQ currently. Getting a host error Cloudflare message. Error code 524

According to IIQ support there is no outage, but my district can’t get to IIQ. So definitely an outage. Can we get an ETA when the outage is planned to be resolved?

Yes unable to load dashboards, tickets, etc. Kicking me out of the platform now just hanging on blank page:(

Yep, we’re returning a 503 error when attempting to access our IIQ portal. 

 

EDIT: The incident has just made it to the status board.

I just got off the phone with them.  They’re aware of a site wide issue and they’re trying to figure it out now.

10:27 am still painfully slow loading pages.

There is a notice that the cause has been found and it’s being monitored. I’ll say it’s loading better, but still abnormally slow for us. And API calls aren’t loading at all (they were an hour ago). It’s also not showing user’s assigned assets.
