IIQ Painfully Slow and not loading today (12/2/2024)

Says a fix was implemented and monitoring but it is still slow.  Tried to change details on tickets and get white blank pages and spinning status

We can get to IIQ now, but it is still slow.

Not quite there yet for us either. Can’t assign any assets & tickets aren’t fully loading. Boo.

Everything still very slow to load as of 10:47 EST.

Yea it’s still loading very slowly and when it does load, our user’s assigned assets aren’t showing up.

Was really slow, logged out now when I try to log back in I get invalid credentials. My coworker is getting the same.

Update - During our continued platform monitoring, we have identified additional intermittent loading and responsiveness issues. Our Engineering team is focused 100% on returning the platform to optimal operational status. We will post updates here as they become available.

Still having issues running API calls, I cannot send out payment reminder emails from square.

We are also having API call issues as well

@Patrick Williams ​@angiejaeger I just asked about the API calls, and they said to submit a ticket to support for this so they can track and follow up with you specifically 😄

Looks like there is still some issues.   Trying to add new assets individually or importing them

Been like this for 10 minutes.   Tried multiple times and in different browsers
