Is there a way to display the room number on the default view of tickets?

This would be helpful in both mobil app and website. Thank you

Does your ticket view on desktop include the room number? If a number is displayed on desktop, it should also show up on mobile.

Room assignments have been tricky from what I can see, though. I have student room numbers sorted out. If an asset has a room number, and the asset is assigned to the ticket, I see a room number as well.

Room assignments for staff don’t show up in my ticket views, though.

No they do not display on the desktop for staff or students. I talked to the team member in charge of IIQ. He is going to look into it. I appreciate your response.

Are you looking for this as a column or within the ticket description right below the name of the ticket?

Either. Probably would work best to be in the same column as requested For. For example that column here shows the following without the room number currently.

I was thinking after the time would be a good place or after the school name
