Is there a way to set it to where you have more categories when viewing all tickets instead of it being just Description, Priority, Status, Requested by and Assigned to ?

Is there a way to set it to where you have more categories when viewing all tickets instead of it being just Description, Priority, Status, Requested by and Assigned to ? I want to add Location to this so I can see where the ticket is at before clicking the ticket.  and Not A filter either.

Hi @nikiscott83 Thank you for your question!

This work around is not using a filter but it is creating a custom view. When you create that view, you can call it whenever you would like. That view would give you the location on the side. You can maneuver the location column in the order to place it somewhere other than where it is initially placed.
