Our repair center has started tracking labor when completing Chromebook Repairs. I’d like to create a custom ticket view showing all labor completed on a specific date, but I feel like the labor filters are pretty limited. Are there any known ways to track these daily repairs without exporting and manipulating a spreadsheet?

Hi! @lgladman Thank you for submitting your question to our community! 😄

I believe you could create a view with 3 filters.

  1. A filter for the specific issue categories or issue types of the tickets such as Chromebooks: Hardware Damage.
  2. Filter Last Updated Date > Moving Date Range = Today (this will update each day)
    1. This should work with any date range filter so you could also use Closed Date = Today or even specify a certain date or date range.
  3. Filter Total Labor Cost, Greater Than and enter 0 as the numeric value.

I believe this should get you the report you’re looking for! Let me know if you have any other questions!

Best,
