We currently have a paper form that students fill out when they want to put their (in this case) a iPad for service. I have a rule setup in IQ that would work perfectly for us and a ticket flow that would work as well. But my goal was to have a kiosk where all the student would need to do is enter their name and IQ would just use the SIS data it already has to lookup the student and the student can just “submit” the ticket to move a paper process digitally. Anyone find solutions for this? As the logging in and out of IQ seems quite cumbersome for just a kiosk in the library.
