New to IIQ, sure I am missing something easy but We have been setting up our Ticketing and notice our custom names and layouts are not showing on the mobile app the way they have been set and are showing on the Browser.

 

any thoughts ?

I found the issue, I needed to log out of the app fully and re-log back in this updated it, strange but that worked for me.

I am glad it was resolved. Sometimes the simplest solution provided the best fix!
