When opening a network ticket the “sensitive information” option is not attached to these ticket. Is there a way to enable this option for Network tickets?

There is a site option that your district admin can enable to set it for ALL tickets. 

 


You can also create a custom field with the Field Type: “Mark as containing protected student information” and apply it to specific tickets.
