We have a user that reached out about wanting to be able to add followers to the ticket she opens. I read a few articles on here and the permissions for List Users is one that they said was needed. This is selected and the user still cannot add followers to a ticket they are opening. Can anyone help us with this?

Hello ​@Gary_KCMO - Permissions can sometimes take 10-15 mins to carry forward. Can you please confirm if this user is able to add followers now? The “List Users” permission should do the trick.
