Putting deadlines/due dates in tickets

@Kpeers The beta feature, Due Date, has been added to your site. Please log out and log back in to ensure it is popping up within your tickets.

Is there any way to auto assign due dates with rules? I have not found a way to do so on my own.

@Gary_KCMO Happy New Year to you as well! That is not a current functionality of due dates, as it is still in beta testing; however, here is an idea that asks that. Please upvote and comment on your use case here:
