Hello -

Not sure where else to put this, but I was curious if we could add more options to the “Quick Resolve” button that is located on ticket. See image for visual. Thanks!

 

Hi @KBliek 4704ab7 newarkcsd - Currently, I don’t believe there a way to edit or add to the different “resolve ticket” options. I also didn’t see a current idea submitted for this, but I think this would be a great idea in our idea exchange!
