Is anyone else seeing Quik Tickets not loading? It was a bit intermittent about 2 weeks ago, now they just do not show up at all. Just says Loading...

Is this within the Quick Tickets on your dashboard or when you select a Quick Ticket? I am not able to replicate any issues on my end. 


On the dashboard. I am using a test account to view changes from a Faculty POV and all that happens is:

They also are not showing up on my account either and I should have like 2. I have the same Loading… screen

This issue should be fixed. It seems that the "Infinite Campus" quick ticket had a glitch that affected the display of all quick tickets. This can sometimes happen when the original issue linked to the quick ticket is moved to a different ticket type or issue category. Deleting and recreating the quick ticket appears to have fixed the problem. Please review and let us know if you encounter any further issues.

Correct, it is working now, thanks so much. I believe you are correct as well, being that ticket type was under a different category, then brought out to be its own. To which, I likely just updated the quick ticket, but I know for a fact I did not delete it and recreate it.
