Currently you have to remove followers one-by-one. It’s tedious, especially when you have 85 followers. There should be a way to remove followers in bulk by selecting them through clicking on them or having a checkbox and then a button to “remove selected”, or something like that.

TIP: If you do run into this issue, start removing followers starting with the very last one a the bottom, it goes faster than starting from the top and having to wait for it to refresh the list.

Hi @JEnder 160d9cf coloradoacademy
Did you know you can remove all followers with a rule? I’d use a ‘When Updated’ rule to do it and it would look something like this:

Remove all followers with a rule

Hope this helps!

@EStapf_iiQ  - I like that we can make a rule like this, but rules I find are more for consistent situations that are expected. If we know we’ll be getting a certain type of ticket that’ll have a high volume of followers (which usually isn’t more than 5), I could make a rule, but this isn’t usually the case. Although, on this topic, would it be possible to apply a rule to an incoming ticket to remove followers before it actually makes it fully into our list of tickets? I ask because if we get an email via a form, there may be 5 other people on that form who get the same email and they are CC’d on that ticket. When they reply to that email, a new ticket is created in the system which creates clutter. So if we could remove the people CC’d prior to having it land in our ticket list, that could prove helpful. Is that possible?

That aside, this issue is more about basic functionality for the cases where we may get a high volume of followers for whatever reason. I’m sure we’re not the only ones to get a ticket where there are a large number of followers that aren’t needed.
