We seem to be missing our last year worth of data of tickets from both Ticketing and Facilities, we have opened a ticket but wanted to see if anyone else has run into this or potential fixes.
The support team should be able to pull that data, as I am sure you did not delete all of it. Let us know if you need anything beyond that!

Looks like the team was able to find a patch for our issue and it is now resolved. If anyone else runs into this please submit a ticket with support so they can patch and fix it for you !
