Has anyone else experienced the "Select Asset" option on tickets not showing assets assigned to a user or located in a room anymore? Has this ever been a feature? I feel like I’ve used this in the past, and it disappeared within the past few months or so.

 

 

It’s been broken for us for a while as well. I have a ticket in with iiQ support, and this is the most recent comment about it:

 

“Good morning,    I hope you are doing well. I wanted to provide an update on this ticket. Our development team has moved this ticket to the ready-to-release stage of repair. This means that the fix for this issue should go out on our next release date. As soon as I have a release date, I will let you know. In the meantime, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out. Thank you. “

@Kathryn Carter I am happy to share my knowledge so others aren’t banging their heads on walls and thinking they’ve lost their minds 😂

Really hoping that product update fixes the rest of the weird things I’m seeing so I can keep optimizing our environment.
