Hello all ,

i was curious if there is an option to add a signature at the bottom of my ticket responses  in IIQ to add to the professionalism . Has anyone had sucess when doing this?

@ARamirez 3471a7c patterson Good afternoon! You can make use of the text snippet or shortcut feature to automatically add a signature to your ticket replies. This enables you to either insert a text-based signature or include an image of your signature. Please see video below for example.

Once you’ve created your snippet or shortcut and you’ve used it one time, it will display in the “Shortcut” menu option for further use going forward.

Feel free to let me know if there are any questions upon review!

Thanks,

Ashley

Hi @ARamirez 3471a7c patterson ! We do not support this feature at this time but there is an open idea for this:

https://community.incidentiq.com/ideas/add-signature-field-in-tickets-4032

I would visit that link an upvote the idea! One of our iiQ Team Members also gave a ‘work around’ in that thread as well.

Thank you!

Hello and thank you for the resonse , i beleive that idea is regards to a physical signature for deliveries. Im talking about the signature as if the one when you send an email and it states your name, position , and contact info.

@ARamirez 3471a7c patterson I see, my apologies. I think @AHolley_iiQ ‘s idea above is what you would be looking for!
